In case they want to block access to a website, they can reach out to us via a dedicated email address, phone number. The dedicated email address is stoptrade@flourishfincap.com and the phone number is 01145796300. For more details, kindly read the SEBI and Exchange Circular ref. No. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/POD-1/P/CIR/2024/4 dated January 12, 2024. By opting to block/freeze the account, you are only blocking online access to your trading account. There will be no restrictions on the risk management system and you can also trade through phone call.
